Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chart Ping’s mobile apps, web app, and website (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Services

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using methods other than the provided interfaces.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Market Data and Alerts

• Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
• Alerts are best‑effort and not guaranteed. You should not rely on alerts as your sole source of market information.
• Chart Ping does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features, if any, will be presented with pricing and renewal terms in the app stores or within the app. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled per platform policies.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or circumvention of security controls.
• No automated creation of excessive accounts or requests that degrade service quality.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Chart Ping or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose.

Third‑Party Services

The Services may integrate with third‑party providers (e.g., authentication, hosting, push notifications). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CHART PING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHART PING AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
