Prices are in US dollars and are what you pay. TrendSoft Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT (turnover is below the registration threshold), so no UK VAT is added. If that changes we will say so before it applies to you. App Store and Google Play purchases are billed by those stores under their own terms and any tax they apply is shown by them at checkout.

For developers
Licensing your own EA
Different from the plans above, and billed separately. If you sell an Expert Advisor, Chartping can issue, validate and revoke licence keys for it — you keep your own customers and your own pricing.
The MQL SDK itself is free — to anyone, on any plan or none. You compile it into your own EA and sell that under your own name; the terms are in the Chartping MQL SDK Licence. What is billed is the licensing rail: the keys we issue to your traders and the seats we enforce.

Prices for the paid tiers are not published yet and paid licensing is not on sale — the Free tier is available now and 5 seats need no payment. Email [email protected] if you expect to need more and we will tell you where we land before you commit to anything.
One precondition, and it is not optional: issuing licences means we process your traders' personal data on your instructions, so you are the controller and we are your processor. You must accept the Data Processing Agreement before the licensing API will answer you — the product enforces it rather than asking nicely.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Free is free forever — two machines, one exchange connection, a daily-loss rule with early warning, and alerts by mobile push, desktop and the in-app feed. No card required.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month and you can cancel whenever you like.
What counts as a “machine”?+
One Windows computer or VPS running the Chartping agent. Each machine can watch unlimited MT4/MT5 terminals — the plan limit is machines, not trading accounts.
Do you guarantee I won't breach a limit?+
No. Chartping is a monitoring and alerting tool — it warns you as you approach the limits you defined, but alerts are best-effort and we don't guarantee any outcome.
